Enrico Serafini is an American entrepreneur and technology executive. He is Principal of Plaexe, an advisory practice supporting international organizations across fintech, government and critical infrastructure on operational efficiency, cybersecurity and technology-driven growth. Most recently, he was Chief Executive Officer, U.S. of Currency.com, a global digital crypto finance provider building a regulated platform that unites digital assets, traditional financial instruments and payments for the American market.

With more than three decades of experience founding and scaling technology ventures, his background spans advanced analytics, cloud computing and financial software, including founding pExchange, a provider of budget and portfolio management software to the U.S. Department of Defense that was acquired in 2022, and Prua Technology, an early software-as-a-service platform for electronic health records. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics, awarded summa cum laude, from New Jersey City University.
