Where we invest
The Trans-Caspian Enterprise Fund will invest in businesses and assets that will carry the next phase of growth along the Trans-Caspian Trade Route. The region sits on the shortest overland route between Asia and Europe — a prospect for increased trade that is reshaping demand for infrastructure, industry and financial services across the eight partner countries.
With the right investments and reforms, it is predicted the trade route could triple its freight volumes and halve travel times by 2030. To support the realization of this target, the Fund will concentrate its capital in seven sectors where investment can strengthen infrastructure along the route, build competitive companies and generate returns on commercial terms. This will enable the Fund to sustain independent operations.
